About the role
Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for leading and managing diverse technical teams? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Operational Services to oversee the day-to-day delivery of support services and acts as the senior technical lead for our Digital Service. This pivotal role will ensure the effective use of technology in line with our IT Strategy, meeting the short, medium and long-term needs of the organisation.

As the Head of IT Operational Services, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital services, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of colleagues and communities across Cambridgeshire.
