About the role We are looking for an experienced Design Services Manager to lead our in-house Design Team. Our wider Asset Management Design & Delivery team has a diverse portfolio of transport infrastructure projects. Your role will be critical to the development of our infrastructure and active travel that and will be vital to the future economic wellbeing of Cambridgeshire. About you You will have a degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, with significant experience in highway design and infrastructure projects. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team of industry experts, delivering design and construction projects is needed. You’ll be working with our in-house project management team to design and deliver an integrated work programme, so collaboration, enthusiasm, and attention to detail are a must. As well as a focus on delivering value for money and getting it right first time for our communities. You will ensure that health, safety, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do in our day-to-day activities.
