As Assistant Chief Constable of Cambridgeshire Constabulary, you will be both a leader and a role model. It is essential that you have a strong commitment to the values of respect and empathy, courage and public service. It will be your responsibility as Assistant Chief Constable to support the Deputy & Chief Constable to ensure Cambridgeshire’s officers and staff adopt the highest ethical standards. You will lead the force operationally to effectively serve the communities of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Applications are invited from police officers who have received confirmation from the College of Policing that they have passed the Senior Police National Assessment Centre and successfully completed the Strategic Command Course or the Executive Leadership Programme. Closing date for applications is the 4th of January 2026 (23:55), with interviews being held on the 22nd & 23rd January 2026 at Cambridgeshire Headquarters, Huntingdon.
