We are recruiting for a Case Administrator – a central role that bridges policing and Criminal Justice partners. The Case Administrator ensures that case file material is available for Criminal Justice (CJ) partners, enabling effective use of court time and the earliest possible case resolution for victims of crime. The role is based at Hatfield but deals with cases from across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case file records in line with CJ partner requirements.
  • Provide a helpful and professional service to enquiries from CJ partners.
  • Facilitate communication between the policing team and CJ partners to support case progression.
  • Support the administration of justice team in achieving service delivery targets.
