The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

To provide project support for roll out of Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (OMMT) delivery across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS NHS organisations.

To support the roll out of other training and development projects, including digital learning content and virtual learning environment.

To support centralised business support and training data management and reporting requirements.

Passionate about the development of others? We are looking for someone to join our Learning and Organisational Development Team in a project support role that also includes the opportunity to get involved with the design and delivery of training, including use of technology in learning. This role will be fundamental in the systemwide roll out of delivery of autism and learning disability training, as well as offering an opportunity to get involved with other training and development projects.

This role would suit someone with keen attention to detail and process, balanced with a flexible and naturally curious and creative approach. A good candidate will have strong administration and/or project support background, and they will be able to contribute to the development of blended learning programmes including review of effectiveness in meeting staff needs, and reporting on training activity.

An excellent candidate will be able to demonstrate their professionalism and innovative attitude to challenges in the workplace, and a commitment to empowering others.
