About the role

We are looking for a Micromobility and Accessibility Officer to help shape the future of inclusive, sustainable transport across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. You will play a key role in supporting our e-bike and e-scooter services, alongside developing and monitoring accessibility and inclusion initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to help improve low-carbon travel choices and make transport more accessible for disabled and mobility-impaired people.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the e-scooter trial and e-bike service, acting as the main contact for the operator.
  • Monitor performance, contract compliance, usage, safety, modal shift, carbon impacts and accessibility.
  • Work with local authorities, police, universities, operators and community stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in transport planning, transport operations or a related discipline.
  • Experience in transport, micromobility, accessibility, policy or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects, contracts or trials involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Public-sector context would be desirable.
