This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Help Shape the Future of Public Transport. Are you passionate about public transport, data analysis and making a real difference to local communities? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bus Contracts & Projects Officer to join our Public Transport team. This is an excellent opportunity for a university placement student to gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of local bus contracts while contributing to one of the UK's most significant Bus Franchising programmes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor contracted bus services through on-street observations.
  • Analyse performance data, punctuality, reliability and customer feedback to produce insightful reports.
  • Support the management of bus service registrations and contract compliance.

You'll ideally have:

  • A Levels (or equivalent).
  • Be studying towards a degree in Geography, Transport Planning or a related subject.
  • A genuine interest in public transport and sustainable travel.
