We are looking for a Network Development Planner (Fares and Ticketing) to lead the design and delivery of fare and ticketing products across the region's bus network, supporting over 20 million journeys a year. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape fare policy, improve customer experience and work at the heart of public transport innovation.
You’ll collaborate with local authorities, operators and suppliers to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions, managing contracts, budgets and programmes while keeping a strong focus on value for money and passenger outcomes.
About you
