Centro de alto rendimiento para apoyo escolar precisa incorporar personal para el puesto Técnico / a Laboral Experto / a en Nóminas. Las funciones a desempeñar son las siguientes:

  • Envío de los importes de las nóminas a gestoría con su correspondiente aplicación de variables, bonus, IT, excedencias, permisos sin sueldo, cambios de jornada, cambios de rango, etc.
  • Cambios de jornada de los empleados.
  • Actualización de base de datos de los empleados.
  • Seguimiento de tíckets (CRM) relativos a cuestiones administrativas de los empleados (vacaciones, permisos, ausencias, etc.).
  • Cuadre de seguros sociales y cuadre contable.
  • Conocimiento de matemáticas financieras.
  • Movimientos en la Seguridad Social: enviar a gestoría toda la información relativa a altas y bajas y registros, así como cualquier variación por contingencias profesionales o comunes, modificación de condiciones laborales.
  • Afiliaciones, cotizaciones y seguros sociales.
  • Atención a consultas realizadas por los / las empleados / as, convenios colectivos, certificados de empresa, accidentes de trabajo, entre otras.
  • Office avanzado (con nivel experto de Excel).
  • Conocimiento de programas de nóminas (A3 nom).

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, contrato indefinido. Salario: 1.500,00€ brutos mensuales, 12 pagas. Horario: De lunes a viernes.

Requisitos: Grado en Relaciones Laborales o similar. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de nóminas y con conocimientos en normativa laboral.
