You will report into the Global Marketing Manager, Higher Education, and will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our products and services in an area of key focus for the company. This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.

You should have a solid understanding of marketing principles and be capable of implementing targeted and measurable marketing campaigns, from the planning and creative stages through to launch and reporting. Experience of using software and applications that support customer journey marketing, automation tools (such as AMPscript), e-commerce, analytics, and artificial intelligence is highly desirable.
We are looking for a confident communicator, capable of working effectively with numerous teams across the business including those based in international offices.
