Salary: £43,800 - £58,500 per annum

Location: Cambridge, UK/Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week working in the office)

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Full time – 35 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where you will take a leading role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy for products and services for 3 – 14-year-olds to a global audience. We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in our Product and Propositions Marketing team, you will be the voice of our customers and stakeholders worldwide, championing products and services designed for children aged 3 to 14 years. You will lead the strategic planning and execution of compelling marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and grow our global customer base. As a key influencer, you will shape how we present our newly integrated product offerings to a global audience.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborating across Global Marketing and Products & Services to create impactful, customer-first campaigns, always advocating for our customers' needs
  • Leading end-to-end marketing and communication activities—from concept to delivery
  • Equipping our Regional Marketing and Business Development teams with the tools they need to drive engagement
  • Managing and mentoring a talented team of two
