We are looking for a visionary product owner to lead the development of our modular ACE assessment platform, connecting teams, ideas, and technology to deliver smarter, more efficient solutions.

About The Role:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of the ACE platform, ensuring our assessment operations are connected, efficient, and competitive.
  • Lead a talented team, championing agile practices while developing a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with your peers in Assessment Operations, Digital and Data, Propositions and Technology teams to coordinate the development of digital capabilities across the portfolio.
  • Shape new digital capabilities, from adaptive testing to AI-enabled scoring, and help Cambridge remain at the forefront of assessment innovation.
  • Influence multi-million-pound investment decisions and ensure our solutions meet the high standards of quality, security, and regulatory compliance.

About You:

  • You are an experienced digital product leader with a strong track record in delivering large-scale digital solutions.
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in digital assessment platforms, agile product management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • You bring significant experience leading digital transformation and managing complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital assessment, modular architectures, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and resilience in fast-paced environments.
