We have an exciting opportunity for a Propositions Excellence Manager to join the English Propositions Excellence team.

About the role
As a Propositions Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving efficiencies and improvements across English Propositions, ensuring that our teams can work more effectively. You will work at the heart of business transformation, leading the implementation of change initiatives, embedding new processes, and ensuring that resources and tools are aligned to support our strategic goals.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage change initiatives – ensuring new business strategies, tools, and capabilities are effectively implemented across Global Propositions.
- Drive operational efficiency – championing improvements in key business processes, resource management, and training to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate across teams – working with senior stakeholders, including Learning & Assessment Operations, Technology, and Commercial, to embed best practices and support transformation initiatives.
- Support strategic decision-making – analysing data, developing business cases, and making recommendations to leadership teams.
- Manage business-critical resources – coordinating training, development, and process documentation to ensure alignment with business needs.
About you
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and delivering process improvements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident managing complex business transformation initiatives. You have experience in:
- Process management and change management – ensuring that business improvements are effectively implemented.
- Project and stakeholder management – collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.
- Publishing and assessment processes – understanding the operational landscape of ELT, education, or assessment.
- Data-driven decision-making – using reporting tools and dashboards to measure the impact of change initiatives.
- Technology and automation – leveraging tools and new capabilities to improve efficiency.
