About The Role

Reporting to the International Tax Director, you will be a key player in managing tax compliance across our 100+ global entities. This is a high‑impact, specialist role that combines technical compliance work with genuine business partnering. You will take ownership of UK corporate tax computations, oversee overseas filing obligations, and act as a trusted point of contact for finance teams and external advisors around the world. You will also play an active part in shaping compliance processes for new and existing entities, supporting year‑end financial reporting, and keeping us ahead of a constantly evolving international tax landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and driving compliance standards across 100+ overseas entities, working with local advisors and finance teams
  • Supporting compliance projects including SAO, CCO, Gift Aid, e‑invoicing, and withholding tax management
  • Contributing to year‑end tax reporting, including tax charges, provisions, and financial statement disclosures
  • Supporting entity set‑up and wind‑down projects, ensuring correct tax registrations are in place throughout
  • Identifying, escalating, and support in managing wider tax compliance risks as they arise across the business

About You

You are a tax professional with at least five years of experience, ideally with a strong grounding in tax. You thrive in complex environments, are comfortable managing multiple priorities, and know how to build effective working relationships internationally, whether that is with a finance team in Singapore or an advisor in Brazil.

To be considered, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience, with a focus on compliance and ideally international tax
  • A solid understanding of UK and overseas corporate tax, cross‑border taxation, and withholding taxes
  • Familiarity with SAP and Alphatax
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, anticipate issues, and collaborate across diverse teams

Your application will be even stronger if you can also demonstrate:

  • A professional qualification such as ACA or CTA, or working towards one
  • Experience working within a charity or not‑for‑profit tax environment
  • Knowledge of UK charity tax reliefs, Gift Aid, and cross‑border grant‑making
