We are looking to recruit a trustworthy, passionate and driven individual to join the Assurance Team in the Occupational Health department. You would be joining an active and energetic team, processing pre-employment checks and undertaking a wide range of admin commitments.
Main duties of the job:
- Assist with general Assurance Team duties covering pre-employment occupational health checks and monitoring
- Keep up to date with stakeholders
- Maintenance of database records
- Communicate with colleagues/service users
- Maintain team KPIs

- Qualifications: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent NVQ level 2 Customer Service / Business Admin / ITQ or equivalent experience
- Typing qualification or equivalent
- Secretary qualification or equivalent
- Experience: Experience of working in a busy office environment or reception role
- Experience of prioritising, planning and organising own tasks
