Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic Renal Medicine Clinical Fellow (Higher) to join our team. This is an ST4-5/ST6+ level post with some flexibility to the exact job description depending on the applicant, so please do get in touch if you are interested in joining our world renowned service.

In order to be considered applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Minimum of 24 months training at core level or equivalent, and have full MRCP or equivalent.

Please note that these posts do not carry Postgraduate Dean’s approval or training recognition.

Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application is required.

Working for your organisation

The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
