Role Overview: We’re hiring a Sales and Operations Controller (Maternity Cover) for fixed term contract – 14 months, to support our global sales operations. This role ensures smooth internal processes, from SAP-based transactions and CRM updates to order fulfilment, licensing, and logistics. Strong SAP ERP experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP sales processes (quotes, orders, invoices) and material data
  • Coordinate customer communication, payments, licensing, and documentation
  • Oversee online sales (WordPress/Stripe) and US sales via DigiKey
  • Handle shipping, procurement, and payment processing across departments
  • Administer CRM, e-commerce, legal documents (NDAs, contracts), and software licenses
  • Support IT procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and system access
  • Maintain records, generate reports, and triage shared mailboxes

Requirements:

  • Degree (ideally business-related)
  • 3+ years’ admin or operations experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in ERP systems, preferably with SAP or similar tools
  • Organised, analytical, and detail-focused
  • Maintain autonomy in task and time management
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Sales/commercial ops experience/legal understanding of contracts
  • German and or Chinese language skills desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of shipping logistics and incoterms
