Cambridge SU is seeking an experienced HR and People professional to join us as a Committee Expert.
About the role
Use your expertise to shape our organisational culture, support good governance, and contribute to the success of a student‐led charity representing students at Cambridge University. 2‐4 online meetings per year; occasional ad hoc support may be required. This is a remote role; occasional meetings will be held in Cambridge. This position is voluntary with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: HR, employment law, organisational development, culture change, EDI, senior leadership, or executive coaching.
Interview
Interviews will be held online, likely week commencing 27th July.
