Cambridge SU is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Activities Coordinator (Societies) to join our Activities Team and help support the network of student groups across the University of Cambridge. In this varied role, you will be at the heart of student engagement, working closely with student leaders and colleagues across the organisation to ensure societies thrive.
You will provide hands‑on support throughout key points in the student group lifecycle, including registrations and committee handovers, financial administration, grant applications, and committee training. As part of the wider Activities Team, you will also contribute to the success of major Students’ Union events and services, including reception enquiries, Freshers’ Fair, Student Awards, and Elections support.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of activities, develop your skills, and make a real impact on student experience. This role is based at our friendly office in Cambridge city centre, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
