Overview
Join to apply for the Administrative Assistant (Part Time) role at Cambridge Service Alliance. This position is based in the Occupational Health Service reception and provides administrative support to enable efficient service delivery.
The post holder will be based in the reception area of Occupational Health and will provide administrative support to the Office Manager, medical and nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide reception and telephone duties at the Occupational Health Service.
- Update the electronic diary system for clinical appointments, photocopying, filing and general administrative tasks.
- Support the Office Manager and clinical staff to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Carry out other duties appropriate to the grade as required by the Occupational Health Nurse Manager and Office Manager.
Qualifications
- Reliable with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience working in an office environment, preferably within a higher education or NHS setting.
Employment details
- Part-time (14.5 hours per week), two days a week: Thursday and Friday.
- Base salary with an additional 2.5% supplement.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
