A contract hybrid role in Cambridge, UK. As an integral part of Gearset’s marketing team, you’ll take ownership of our community management, public relations, and brand reputation strategies. Your mission: establish Gearset as the enterprise DevOps and agentic change platform.
By working strategically and cross-functionally to develop community programs, you’ll grow our industry presence, and shape how Gearset is perceived by enterprise decision-makers, key influencers, and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

What you’ll achieve

- Own and grow our DevOps Leaders Program and Customer Slack community, turning them into go-to hubs for knowledge and advocacy. Your leadership will deepen customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Lead PR and communications to produce newsworthy content, secure coverage and own thought leadership opportunities. Your work will shape industry perception and give Gearset a strategic edge.
- Lead our employee advocacy program that turns our team into brand advocates on social media. Your strategy will expand our reach and amplify Gearset’s influence.
- Drive PR and community strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact. Your work will solidify Gearset’s brand and set new standards in DevOps.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in marketing with a focus on PR, community management or brand communications, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A track record of executing high-impact PR campaigns.
- Ran community engagement initiatives or has extensive client-facing experience.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage with media, industry influencers, and community partners.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and optimising brand awareness, engagement, and reputation metrics.
