The Community Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for organizing our volunteer activities with our nonprofit partners and other tasks related to the Cambridge Savings Charitable Foundation (CSCF). Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends for Bank and Foundation events.
Key Result Areas:
- Effectively coordinate and attend all volunteer events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both the nonprofit organization (NPO) and the employees throughout the event.
- Ensure clear communication about travel to/from, parking, actual activities, etc.
- Promote community events via intranet posts, bank-wide emails, etc., and post volunteer Thank you posts and post event slideshows on the intranet.
- Effectively coordinate all NPO related activities to include Home Achieve calls, Bank-wide collections, the Street Team, virtual volunteer sessions, social media engagement and all administrative functions to include tracking through Salesforce as appropriate.
- Attend NPO networking events with CSB colleagues to build strong NPO partner relationships when permissible.
- Track all volunteer hours and report volunteer hours & activities to the department manager monthly using the Kadince database.
- Track CRA-qualified activities and ensure we receive proper low to moderate income (LMI) documentation for examiners.
- Provide back-up to the Senior Community Partnerships Coordinator as needed.
- Create and update procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in community service.
- Technically proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Kadince) and other video-based applications.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of staff, management, and members of community organizations and coordinate 3 volunteer events per month or 36 events per year.
- Active and positive engagement with employee volunteers and nonprofit representatives throughout the entire event.
- Volunteer activities may require extensive walking, moving & setting up, and lifting materials up to 15 pounds associated with event coordination.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail required.
