We're looking for a qualified, enthusiastic professional in Culinary Arts and Hospitality to train, teach, and assess learners across a range of exciting programmes. As a lecturer, you'll not only teach - you'll mentor, inspire and support learners as they develop the practical skills and professional mindset needed to succeed in the culinary and hospitality industries.
You will be:
- Professionally qualified - minimum Level 3 Professional Chef
- Experienced - solid industry background in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
- Approachable and positive - with the confidence to engage, motivate and mentor learners
- Skilled - able to assess learner work across different qualification levels
- Flexible - willing to work occasional evenings or Saturdays to support learners and events
- Passionate - about education, development, and sharing industry best practices
