About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business and Travel Lecturer to join our vibrant team within the Service Industries, Business & Travel department. You will deliver engaging and innovative lessons across a range of Business and Travel courses at Levels 1-5, including BTEC, and potentially HNC/HND or degree-level programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Business subjects.
  • Support learners in achieving their academic and career goals.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance processes, and CPD activities.

What We\\\’re Looking For

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business/Travel or a related field.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Experience teaching in an FE or HE setting on BTEC/HNC/HND programmes is desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and student success.
  • Adaptable with strong desire and commitment to shape lives.
