We are seeking a temporary Student Administration Officer to join our MIS and Exams Team at our Cambridge campus. The role will be for three weeks from 17th August 2026 to 4th September 2026. You will work on a variable hour basis and receive £12.77 per hour plus benefits. The expected workload is 37 hours a week.

Primary Duties

  • Enrolling full‑time students onto their study programmes for 2025/26
  • Taking payments
  • Printing Student ID Cards
  • Processing data amendments on the college's EBS database
  • Scanning Learning Agreements onto EBS database

Requirements

  • You will need to have English and Maths GCSEs (Grades A‑C / 4+ or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Adaptable, calm and conscientious
  • Experience in an educational environment and/or working in a customer‑service environment desirable but not essential.
