Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity to join our Student Liaison team at the Cambridge Campus. You will join us on a full time (37 hours), term time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £21,890 - £23,593 per annum (equivalent to a full year salary of £25,192 - £27,152 per annum), plus staff benefits.

About the role: The successful candidate will support the college by being an integral part of promoting and maintaining expectations for behaviour and safety - in keeping with the college values and student regulations. The role will include being part of the broader Student Services team, reporting into the Student Liaison Coordinator. You'll be proactively liaising with students and developing relationships to support the implementation of the role and signposting students to other services within the hub.

As a Student Liaison Officer, you will play a big part in site safety. This includes utilising CCTV - enabling incidents to be followed up effectively, in addition to being part of a team that provides an emergency response e.g. fire alarm and lockdowns.

To apply for the position you must have previous experience of working with young people and/or vulnerable adults, and you will have GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade A-C or equivalent). Attention to detail, the ability to follow procedure and problem solve with minimal supervision alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
