Cambridge Regional College has an exciting opportunity for a Student Administration Officer to join our MIS and Exams team at our Cambridge Campus. You will join us on a full-time (37 hours), full-year basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £24,577 per annum, plus staff benefits. Please note that this role is fixed term and is covering maternity leave. The current end date is 30/03/2027, however, this is subject to change and is likely to be extended.

About the role: The primary purpose of this role is to maintain accurate student data for the college ILR, ensuring the college meets all funding requirements set by the Education & Skills Funding Agency. You will also process enrolments, student information and data amendments throughout the year on to the college's EBS database.

  • Experience of working in a busy office and customer service environment.
  • GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent.
