Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our Quality team at our Cambridge and Huntingdon Campus. You will join us on a full time (37 hours), full year basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of Β£45,000 per annum, plus staff benefits.

About the role:
The primary purpose of this job role is to work with the Director of Quality to ensure that quality assurance and improvement processes are developed in line with internal and external requirements and that they are fully implemented and embedded across all areas of the college. To fully support improvement across all areas of the college, including subcontractors and partners. To drive excellence and provide targeted support in areas of underperformance.
The primary duties, tasks and responsibilities of this job role are:
- Carry out quality assurance and monitoring processes and produce reports and supporting evidence as required.
- Lead quality monitoring activity where required and support curriculum teams.
- Support the planning, review and development of quality policies, procedures and practices to support quality assurance and improvement.
- Assure the quality of other college policies and contribute to their review and revision.
- Lead cross-college network groups to support quality improvement for assessment and internal quality assurance.
- Lead on the quality assurance and monitoring processes for subcontracted provision and undertake due diligence and procurement for subcontractors.
Essential requirements:
- Degree or equivalent
- Teaching qualification: CertEd, PGCE, DTLLS
- Experience of FE quality processes and reporting
- Experience in an advisory role
- Experience in developing teaching and assessment practice through observation and support
- Experience of delivering qualifications
- Experience of using Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word
