Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer - Catering and Hospitality to join our Service Industries team at our Cambridge Campus.

You will join us on a full time (37 hours), full year basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between

£29,662 - £43,662 per annum, plus staff benefits.

About the role

In this role, you will inspire and develop the next generation of chefs, hospitality professionals, and industry leaders.

You will deliver engaging lessons across a range of culinary arts and hospitality programmes, supporting learners to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress into employment or higher education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Plan and develop engaging curriculum content.
  • Support and monitor learner progress and achievement.
  • Maintain strong links with hospitality and catering employers.
  • Contribute to course development and quality improvement activities.
  • What we are looking for in our role
  • Relevant qualification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Professional Cookery, or a related subject.
  • Industry experience within catering, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for developing learners and industry talent.
