Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team at our Cambridge Campus. You will join us on a full time (37 hours), full year basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £36,883 - £37,499 per annum, plus staff benefits.
Weekly working pattern: Monday to Thursday 8.30-5.00 and Friday 8.30 - 4.30.

About the role: We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. You'll be primarily based at our Cambridge Campus, and there'll be an opportunity to work remotely from home too should this be of interest to you. Occasional travel to our Huntingdon campus may also be required. Working as part of our Human Resources team you will be responsible for leading, advising and supporting on all HR issues falling within designated areas of the College in line with our #WEARECRC values, objectives and policies, ensuring a high level of professionalism and support is maintained throughout.
Location: Cambridge with an opportunity to work on a hybrid basis for two days per week.
What we are looking for in our role:You’ll be a highly motivated individual who has experience of managing employee relation cases to conclusion, providing professional advice and guidance to managers and staff in the full range of HR activities. You’ll also have a good knowledge and understanding of employment law, a full/part CIPD qualification, Degree HNC/HND or equivalent level qualification or considerable HR experience.
