Here you’ll support the wider Cambridge Nutritional Foods group, where it's our collective mission to pioneer holistic wellbeing solutions that are not only highly effective but also tailored and personalised to tackle the complex challenges posed by every key life stage. Our brands include The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, Serenova Nutrition and Food Nutrition Partners.

This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, and you’ll be exposed to a fast-paced, agile and autonomous environment across the full marketing mix with the ability to influence a variety of marketing channels.

Location: Corby, Northants - hybrid working (Monday, Tuesday plus 1 other day per week at our HQ)

As our campaign focused Marketing Manager, you’ll bring a track record of creating revenue-driving 360 campaigns in a multi-channel environment both B2B2C and D2C. With a new commercial strategy and business diversification plans in full swing, you’ll play a vital role in delivering their success through executing 360 marketing campaigns, product launches and marketing toolkits that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer lifetime value.

Your key areas of focus will include:

  • 360 Marketing – from ideation to launch and BAU, along with product lifecycle (launch, inline performance, and end-of-life strategy)
  • Acquisition – drive activity and campaigns that deliver lead and customer acquisition through a variety of channels, including social, website, email, print, and our direct sales network
  • Market Research & Insight – identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to help inform insight-driven marketing strategies
  • Collaboration – partner with external and internal design team and digital content creator to create impactful marketing content that resonates with our target audiences for all marketing channels
  • Analytics – develop weekly/monthly reporting that tracks commercial performance (sales, margin, ROI, ROAS etc)

Am I the right person for this job? You’ll be an experienced commercial marketeer with demonstrable experience across the full marketing mix, with an appreciation of key digital marketing channels and their uses. You’ll be confident in your ability to partner with and manage third-party agencies, ensuring the right results are achieved which you can then translate into key analysis and insight.

You’ll also need to have:

  • A track record of successful campaign planning, delivery and activation
  • A highly organised approach with project management skills to effectively manage and deliver multiple projects and pieces of work at various stages
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to partner and collaborate with various departments, customers and suppliers to achieve shared goals
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and commercial requirements
  • Creativity, shaped through innovation or an entrepreneurial mindset
