Your role
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client & Trade Support Executive on a permanent basis within our Cross Borders division. This position falls under our Payables line of business and is based in our Moorgate office in London. The role acts as a middle desk between Clients, Front of House and back‑office departments, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and service.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations and compliance to ensure a smooth client experience for settlement of trades and problem resolution.
- Work closely with Dealers and provide first‑hand support to them and their clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service.
- Educate Corpay clients on processes to reduce future dependency and contact.
- Support efficient cash flow by the timely collection of outstanding receivables (Trades, deposits and Losses).
- Monitor, chase and report on outstanding trades requiring wire instructions.
- Comply with regulatory requirements including GDPR and CASS obligations.
- Handle small complaints with Dealers and escalation larger complaints to the complaints department and Head of Client Support.
- Escalate non‑settlement suspicions to Head of Client Support.
- Ensure process manuals are available for all tasks, accurate and updated.
- Promote the online platform to clients to enhance security and help them become self‑sufficient.
- Direct clients to Cross Border for online demonstrations, reducing queries and manual processes.
- Act as a central point for the resolution of Compliance queries, internal and baking monitoring.
- Act as a central point for the resolution of Payment investigations through Salesforce.
- Compile error reporting from Client Support perspective.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in the CRM system. Document all interactions and transactions.
- Provide ongoing recommendations and process enhancements to consistently improve the client experience.

Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year+ experience in a client facing or operational role within FX.
- Experience in dealer support/trade support environment is beneficial.
- Honest, flexible, committed individual.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Italian languages is beneficial.
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products.
- Prepared for hard work, change, new ideas and keen to learn and develop professionally.
