Role Overview

As a Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer qualified to a recognised level (City & Guilds), you would be required to undertake scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements. Reporting into the Contracts Manager and working in partnership with all departments to deliver planned preventative maintenance. Reacting to all repair work in the region mechanical/electrical/fabric plant equipment and general property maintenance. Mobile phone, tablet and uniform would be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travelling between client sites in Walthamstow, Hendon and London to maintain and repair mechanical building services equipment.
  • Working on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, boilers, pipework, and associated plant.
  • Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
  • Diagnosing faults and completing service reports using a tablet.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience performing works with Mechanical pipework services, valves, motors, pumps, bearings, HVAC Plant & equipment.
  • Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline.
  • To carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
  • To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.
  • To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.

  • FM Knowledge.
  • Plumbing Knowledge.
  • PDA Experience.
