Mobile Multi skilled Building Services Engineer (HVAC) required. You will conduct planned and reactive maintenance in assigned sites, highlight repair needs, and submit and undertake quotations for remedial work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within required attendance dates.
- Update legal compliance documentation via tablet to a high standard.
- Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system for live client updates.
- Manage time, workload, and communicate with lead engineer frequently.
- Work reasonable overtime where contracts can only be serviced OOH due to occupancy.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience performing works with HVAC plant & equipment.
- Experience in general building services industry and relevant qualifications (e.g., emergency light testing, L8 awareness, plumbing repairs).
- Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
- Ability to carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures, and fittings as required.
- Ability to organise housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
- Good communication and basic IT understanding.
- Willingness to work overtime regularly.
- Full UK driving licence.
