About the Role
In this multifaceted role, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting both the Marketing and Sales departments at Cambridge Maintenance Services. You\’ll leverage your creativity and initiative to develop engaging content, manage marketing assets, and execute strategic campaigns to elevate brand awareness for both Cambridge Maintenance Services and the wider Mecsia Group, plus support with Sales & ESG.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for blogs, case studies, and news updates.
- Manage marketing materials such as photos, brochures, and merchandise.
- Promote the brand through targeted campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website for better user experience and SEO.
- Improve website visibility using SEO techniques.
- Manage the company\’s LinkedIn account with engaging posts and interactions.
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager on broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist with event planning to showcase the company and the Mecsia Group.
Additional Responsibilities
- Content building for tender presentation opportunities & pitching
- Reporting new wins & sales pipeline as required
- Act as the custodian of the Planet Mark certificate.
- Engage with various departments to successfully collate and submit data to ensure Cambridge remains compliant with Planet Mark reporting requirements.
- Provide assistance with ESG goals, gathering data, creating and sharing content.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales. Experience in facilities management or building services is a bonus.
- Ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content management systems.
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
