Location: London City & West End

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus 2x bonuses per annum

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours per week with overtime starting after 47.5 hours

Job Description: Foot mobile multi‑skilled Building Services Engineer, electrically qualified with a good understanding of HVAC. Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance and reactive requirements in and around assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices and some high‑end residential landlords’ supplies only.
  • Cover static sites if required for holidays and sickness.
  • Respond to emergency call‑outs and reactive jobs, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in general building services industry with relevant qualifications.
  • Electrically qualified City and Guilds Level 3.
  • Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
  • Ability to install plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
  • Experience in servicing and repairing onsite plant, fixtures and fittings.
  • Organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations.
  • City & Guilds / Plumbing / AC servicing / Gas certification.
  • 18th Edition.
  • 2391 test and inspection.
