Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Operations Director
- Primary contact with clients
- Manage variations to the contract
- Measure client profit & loss individually
- Support credit control
- Elogbooks
- Support sales and mobilisation team
- Provide instruction and guidance to helpdesk when required
- Manage KPI’s & SLA’s – PPM & Reactive
- Responsible for team stats
- Monitor points and conference calls
- Audits
- Form Line Management for Lead Engineer
- Team morale
- Approve holidays
- Identify shortfalls in labour; recruit new staff and redistribute workload accordingly
- Liaise with HR
- Provide technical support to Lead Engineer if required
- Monitor sub‑contractor activities on allocated sites
- Uphold company rules and procedures
- Adhere to company and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by the company
Location: London and South region – Mainly covering sites in Kent, Surrey, Sussex & London.
Salary: Up to £55,000.
