Mobile Electrical Engineer
Location: Slough.
Job Description
Mobile Electrical Engineer, electrically qualified with a good understanding of HVAC. Carry out scheduled planned maintenance and reactive requirements in and around assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and perform maintenance on commercial offices, shops, leisure outlets, and warehouses.
- Respond to emergency call outs and reactive jobs.
- Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday. Mobile engineers are contracted to 42.5 hours per week with overtime starting after 47.5 hours.
Salary
Up to £40,000.00.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in general building services industry.
- City and Guilds Level 3 electrical qualification.
- Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
- Ability to install plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
- Ability to service and repair onsite plant, fixtures and fittings.
- Organise housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations.
- City & Guilds / Plumbing / AC servicing / Gas.
- 18th Addition qualification.
- 2391 test and inspection.
