Foot mobile multi‑skilled Building Services Engineer, electrically qualified with a good understanding of HVAC. Carry out scheduled planned maintenance and reactive requirements in and around your assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices and some high‑end residential landlords’ sites.
- Cover static sites as required for holidays and sickness.
- Respond to emergency call‑outs and reactive jobs, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.
London City & West End
Hours of WorkMonday to Friday – 42.5 hours per week with overtime starting after 47.5 hours (3 days static, 2 days mobile).

Essential Skills & Qualifications- Extensive experience in general building services industry and relevant qualifications.
- NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems or Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air‑Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems.
- Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
- Ability to install plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
- Ability to service and repair onsite plant, fixtures and fittings.
- Organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
- Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations.
- City & Guilds/Plumbing/Electrical/Gas credentials.
- 18th Addition.
- 2391 test and inspection.
