Mobile Building Services Engineer – London City & West End
Cambridge Maintenance Services is a national provider of mechanical and electrical building services maintenance. We are looking for a mobile, multi‑skilled Building Services Engineer who is electrically qualified and has a good understanding of HVAC to provide scheduled planned maintenance and reactive support at assigned sites.
Job Description
Mobile multi‑skilled Building Services Engineer, electrically qualified with a good understanding of HVAC, to carry out scheduled planned maintenance and reactive requirements at assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices, high‑end residential landlords supplies only, and cover static sites when required for holidays or sickness.
- Respond to emergency call outs and reactive jobs, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.
Location
London – City and West End
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours per week, with overtime after 47.5 hours.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in general building services industry and relevant qualifications.
- Electrically qualified City and Guilds Level 3.
- Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
- Ability to install plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
- Ability to service and repair onsite plant, fixtures and fittings.
- Ability to organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Training in Legionella awareness & emergency lighting regulations.
- City & Guilds / Plumbing / AC servicing / Gas.
- 18th Addition.
- 2391 test and inspection.
