Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer assisting in providing general building maintenance service and repair works on behalf of Cambridge Maintenance to its client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upkeep and tidying of plant rooms and equipment serving modern, high standard office buildings
- Cleaning and painting of equipment, plant and plant room floors
- Chemical cleaning of equipment using high-pressure jet washer
- Delivery of spares to site
- Basic Building Maintenance tasks including meter readings and tap temperature checks
- Assisting Building Services Technicians
- Regularly and effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and other personnel to maintain and develop excellent professional working relationships and ensure smooth operation of the business
- Organise work and time efficiently, and work supportively within a team
- Submitting clear, concise and accurate reports of works carried out, with clear recommendations for any further work required
- Submitting weekly accurate timesheets
- Communicating with Contracts Managers on job progression
Location: London City and West End
Hours of Work: 42.5 hours per week with option of overtime
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Good organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic PC skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of H.V.A.C. Industry
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Trained in Health and Safety
