Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Lift Engineer located in Cambridge and London. The Lift Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and breakdown of lift equipment from various manufacturers. Tasks include:
- Inspecting lift systems
- Troubleshooting issues
- Conducting regular servicing
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
The engineer will also collaborate with clients to provide timely and effective customer service while delivering high‑quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with lifting equipment, including maintenance, repairs and refurbishment
- Proficiency in handling maintenance & repair tasks with a focus on precision and quality
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members and stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of health & safety standards and their application in the lift industry
- Customer service skills for building and maintaining positive client relationships
