Join Cambridge City Council as a Finance Systems Accountant and play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our financial systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage financial systems (Technology One financials and Capita income management).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Provide technical support and training to system users.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Manage financial reporting requirements for the council.
  • Monitor and implement system upgrades and improvements.

  • Proven experience in managing financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £40,476 - £45,718 per annum (City Pay Band 6)

Location: This is flexible - working on site or at our Cambridge offices. You will be able to balance our work location accordingly.
