The predicted salary is between 1800 - 2200 £ per month.

Wage (gross) 2,200 EUR/month. The salary will be commensurate with experience and seniority level.

Cambridge International School Bratislava is seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Procurement Specialist. This multifaceted role involves improving supplier performance, mitigating contractual risk, delivering cost efficiencies, and overseeing the issuance of client contracts and management of communications regarding overpayments and overdue balances. Additionally, the specialist will perform analyses for the Head of Finance to support strategic financial decision-making and participate in budget and forecasts preparation and monitoring of the costs.

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Recording orders & invoices into accounting system;
  • Participation in creating new contracts for clients;
  • Communication with the legal department regarding overdue/unpaid fees;
  • Cooperation on budget/forecast preparation & monitoring of the costs.

Requirements for the employee:

  • Secondary with school-leaving examination;
  • University education (Bachelor's degree);
  • University education (Master's degree);
  • Postgraduate (Doctorate);
  • English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2).

Personality requirements and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement and supply chain management;
  • Customer-oriented approach;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality;
  • A team player who is willing to share knowledge and assistance;
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive;
  • Experience with purchasing and dealing with local and international suppliers;
  • Work well under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks.
