As part of our wellbeing team, the Spa Therapists will play an important role in shaping the guest journey at Cambridge House. You will curate an atmosphere where guests feel recognised, cared for and completely at ease, aligning with Auberge’s Joy of Wellbeing. You radiate pride in delivering intuitive, personalised service and understand the importance of creating moments that feel both refined and deeply welcoming. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure each guest experience is personalised, intuitive and delivered with warmth and attention to detail, recognising individual needs and preferences whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Play a key role in delivering the Auberge “Joy of Wellbeing” philosophy; creating intentional, joyful, and deeply human wellness experiences.
  • Confidently perform a range of face and body treatments, adapting recommendations to individual guest needs and preferences.
  • Prepare treatment rooms to impeccable standards, maintaining a luxurious and welcoming environment throughout the day.
  • Demonstrate strong product and treatment knowledge, offering recommendations in a natural and professional manner.
  • Build genuine connections with guests and members, encouraging long-term relationships through thoughtful service and expert knowledge.
  • Support the daily operation of the spa, including treatment set-up, product presentation and maintaining wellness facilities.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, treatment notes and booking information with complete discretion and attention to detail.
  • Embrace ongoing training opportunities and contribute positively to the culture of our wellbeing spaces and wider House.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards, maintaining robust procedures and a strong culture of care for all.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 and above in Beauty therapy Qualification (CIDESCO preferable).
  • Previous experience within a luxury spa, wellness destination or five-star hotel environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue and Prenatal treatments.
  • Confidence in creating personalised experiences for a discerning international clientele.
  • A genuine passion for wellbeing, hospitality and guest experience.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
