We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team, becoming a key ambassador and one of the authors of our story, contributing to the legacy of this storied London landmark. We are looking for an experienced and creative individual who fully comprehends the scale and vision of Cambridge House and its highly curated, highly personal, and one-of-a-kind experience-led sensibility. The Marketing Manager will be integral in building and elevating storytelling around the rich heritage of Cambridge House and its unique curation of enriching experiences across gastronomy, wellbeing and culture. You will have a deep understanding of the luxury market and cultural zeitgeist with a foundational knowledge of branding marketing, social media, and have a keenly attuned aesthetic eye. Reporting to the Communications Director, this role requires maintaining a strong entrepreneurial spirit and being a self-starting team player that is creative, innovative, and agile - able to roll up their sleeves to implement the latest thinking for brand initiatives across marketing, social media, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & PR: Work closely with the Auberge and Cambridge House Communications and Marketing team to execute a social media strategy for Cambridge House, with a strong focus on promoting its dining destinations. Responsible for the day-to-day social media management for Cambridge House, its dining destinations, and Auberge Spa. Work alongside other key roles within the organization and guide on-site property managers to generate content that aligns with the brand’s social media strategy and speaks to a luxury consumer. Support the PR agency with media and tastemaker reservations and creation of itineraries for influencers and press visits.
- Partnerships: Support Communications and Marketing leadership with the strategic implementation of creative and on-brand partnerships designed to elevate the properties. Coordinate partner deliverables and support with marketing collateral creation.
- Asset Management: Keep all marketing collateral and calendars up to date: Fact sheet, Property Guide, Promotional Calendar, Key Messaging, Experience Guides, Brochures, etc. Digital Asset Management: Maintain and update the photo and video library in accordance with our central process for the hotel, and ensure assets are all labelled in a meaningful, findable manner.
- Website: Responsible for the maintenance of website marketing materials and microsites for dining destinations. Maintain calendars, activities, experiences, dining menus, and other events; review for accuracy on a consistent basis; promote key offers and events; seasonal content and imagery updates.
- Marketing: Support communication and marketing activations with the following functions: Manage the print marketing material needs for each property, including Food & Beverage collateral, spa collateral, property collateral, and promotional materials. Manage the production of digital marketing creative asset development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 4+ years of experience in the luxury, arts, or design space, with experience in or an interest in brand marketing and social media.
- Strong understanding of a luxury brand and aesthetic.
- Culturally informed, with a deep understanding of the British and London social and cultural calendar.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross‑functional project teams.
- Mobile and social media/community experience is an asset.
