Job Description

As the Food & Beverage Administrator, you will be an organised and proactive team member across all Food & Beverage outlets at Cambridge House.

This is a varied and hands‑on role, supporting the smooth coordination of day‑to‑day operations while ensuring information, systems and processes are maintained to the highest standard.

The role is well suited to someone who takes genuine pride in precision, remains composed in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.

You will play an important role in shaping how the department operates from the outset, bringing flexibility, professionalism and a thoughtful approach to a new and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of all outlets.
  • Manage purchasing administration, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries and working with suppliers in line with Cambridge House standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records for inventory, orders and deliveries.
  • Understand and assist in stock, inventory and cost control reporting in collaboration with the greater Food & Beverage team.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant records for menus, recipes, allergens and statutory documentation.
  • Uphold all House policies and procedures, including health, safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with menu updates, promotional materials and internal communications for the Food & Beverage department.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and meeting materials as required.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming manner at all times, contributing to a positive experience for guests and team members alike.
  • Support the opening phase of Cambridge House with flexibility, professionalism and a hands‑on approach, adapting to the evolving needs of the property.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment and/or as a F&B Administrator.
  • Highly organised with a strong eye for detail, able to balance multiple priorities with calmness and consistency.
  • Confident using hospitality systems and digital tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with team members across all departments and levels.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and creating meaningful guest moments.
