Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking passionate and energetic doctoral-level (Ph.D or Psy.D) Psychologists to join our dedicated team. We are committed to the research, development, and implementation of cutting-edge, evidence-based practices in population-based behavioral health.
For over 20 years, CHA's psychiatry teams have delivered compassionate care to a diverse patient population across our established network of ambulatory clinics, an urgent care site, and two full-service hospitals in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston's Metro-North communities.
Part-time Psychologist Opportunities Include:
- Child/Adolescent Outpatient Psychologist
- Urgent Care Psychologist
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full-time salary range is $111,000-$140,000, pro-rated for part-time positions, and based on years of experience and specific role.
The position carries a Harvard Medical School (HMS) appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.
