Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system that receives recognition for clinical and academic innovation and community excellence. We have an excellent opportunity for a full‑time Physician Assistant to join our team within the Department of Orthopaedics. CHA serves the local community through two hospital campuses; an urgent care clinic and an integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.
About the position
- Full‑time position: 40 hours per week, four 10‑hour days
- Coverage across 3 locations: Cambridge, Everett, and Malden
- Duties include inpatient rounding, OR first assist, consults, and outpatient clinic assignments
- Call is 2 weeknights per month and every 8th weekend
- Fully integrated electronic medical record (EPIC)

Benefits and Compensation
- Comprehensive benefits package including generous paid time off (296 hours annually), medical/dental/vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, CME time and money, etc.
- Full‑time guaranteed base salary, based on experience, ranges from $117,000 to $177,000.
