Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking 2 per diem Certified Nurse-Midwives to proudly provide high-quality, compassionate, and personalized care for our ethnically and culturally diverse birthing patients and newborns.
Overview
- Provide full-scope midwifery care (antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and GYN) in Clinic, Labor & Delivery and Birth Center
- Per Diem: clinic days: 8 hour shift, L&D: 12 hour shifts 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- Locations: Cambridge, Somerville, Everett and Revere
- MNA Cambridge Union position: ability to work 3 shifts per month
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $64-$115/hour
Qualified candidates will have a master’s degree, are registered nurse licensed, obtained certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board, and at a minimum, have two years of experience providing full scope midwifery care as a certified nurse-midwife. Experience with newborns preferred. Current Basic Life Support “C” certification and NPR status is required. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required. However, a commitment to caring for everyone, at any time is essential.
